WACO, Texas (KWTX) A pickup slammed into the wall of Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q early Thursday afternoon at 2510 Circle Rd., startling lunch hour diners.
The truck’s elderly driver said his foot slipped off the brake and onto the accelerator, according to a restaurant employee.
Customers said they heard a loud bang and then saw the truck backing away from the building.
No one inside the restaurant was hurt.
It wasn’t immediately clear whether the driver was injured.
