Miranda Lambert shared a video of the moment she surprised thousands of fans on stage during one of Morgan Wallen’s back-to-back headlining shows at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee.

It was the first time the two singer-songwriters performed Wallen’s “Thought You Should Know” together. They teamed up to write the ballad together, along with songwriter Nicolle Galyon. It appeared on Wallen’s 36-track album, One Thing At A Time, last year. Lambert shared the clip on Instagram on Monday afternoon (September 23), and congratulated Wallen “on an incredible hometown run,” over the weekend.

Wallen played two hometown shows at the stadium with an attendance exceeding 156,000 between both nights. That meant the country star broke a record previously held by The Jackson 5’s total attendance in the mid-1980s over a span of three shows, per a press release issued on Monday.

Lambert was one of a few surprise guests, along with Darius RuckerEric Church. Wallen also reintroduced special guests HARDY and ERNEST to the stage. Wallen also revealed his next song, “Love Somebody,” is due to release on Friday, October 18.
