Will Tyler Hubbard, Brian Kelley Reunite As Florida Georgia Line?

Could a Florida Georgia Line reunion happen soon?

Some fans think so after the former duo updated their social media accounts for the first time in years.

On Tuesday (June 2), Florida Georgia Line’s profile photos switched from a snapshot of Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard to a cryptic image that simply reads “FGL LFG,” seemingly standing for Florida Georgia Line, Let’s F***ing Go. FGL LFG also appeared on a billboard on Tuesday. Wayne D and Tay of iHeartRadio’s The BIG 98, based in Nashville, Tennessee, shared the “huge news” on Instagram.

“Hands down, the biggest story in country music is happening as we speak,” Wayne D said. “The boys are back, baby. Or are they?” He and Tay shared a look at the new FGL image, which is updated for the first time since 2021.

Florida Georgia Line’s debut studio record arrived in 2012, and the band quickly became known for “Cruise,” “This Is How We Roll,” “May We All,” “H.O.L.Y.,” “Get Your Shine On” and many other hit singles over the years. Kelley and Hubbard announced that they were “taking a break” as a duo to pursue solo projects in February 2022, and played their final show as Florida Georgia Line in August of that year. However, social media posts from Kelley and Hubbard have since stirred rumors of — and eagerness for — a reunion.

Hubbard posted photos with Kelley at the 59th CMA Awards in November 2025. Soon after that, Kelley shared that he’d recently gone on a hike with Hubbard, and shared a throwback photo of the duo partners in 2016. 

“Life is good right now,” Kelley said when he addressed rumors about a Florida Georgia Line reunion on an episode of Country Outdoors, a Field and Stream podcast. “I can’t get on TikTok or Instagram without scrolling through and, you know, hearing a couple FGL songs, which is amazing. That run we went on was unbelievable. We’re just so grateful for that, and right now I think just working on our brotherhood is kind of top-tier, most important for us. And I think, you know, Lord willing, the brotherhood will lead its way home. So, we’ll see. But right now…I think we’re both focused on the friendship and working on our own stuff still, but I think time will tell and I’m excited about God can do. I think the options are endless right now. It’s really cool to see what time can do, as well. …But if I do think about it, it does excite me. So, we’ll see.”

Hubbard addressed reunion rumors with Entertainment Tonight’s Cassie DiLaura on the red carpet at the 61st ACM Awards last month. He also said there’s “no new FGL music,” but teased the possibility of upcoming FGL performances in 2027. 

“It’s been a really fun season of healing, like you said, and we’ve been hanging out, laughing, cutting up, goofing around, and it just feels like the old days,” Hubbard said. “And so, for us, we’re just trying to soak it up, make the most of it, not rush anything, be really smart about it. But we have been toying around and flirting with the idea of playing a handful of shows next year. And so, that gets us both excited. But right now, we’re like I said, trying to be patient with it. Trying to enjoy this ‘honeymoon phase,’ if you will. And we’re all just — I’m literally leaving from Vegas and flying to the beach to go hang out with him and his wife, me and my wife. …We’re just enjoying this time together.”
