Tragedy is no match for country music.
The star-studded Country Rising benefit concert has announced it will support victims of the Las Vegas shooting as well as those in Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico and additional Caribbean islands who were impacted by the recent hurricanes.
The previously announced show now also features Keith Urban on the bill, while Garth Brooks will no longer perform due to a scheduling conflict, instead donating all proceeds from his two concerts in Spokane, Washington, to The Country Rising Fund.
Additionally, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Sam Hunt, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Martina McBride, Reba McEntire, Chris Stapleton, George Strait and Carrie Underwood will perform during the benefit show.
Country Rising will benefit The Country Rising Fund of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Tickets and VIP packages for the event go on sale Friday, October 20 at 10:00 A.M. CT on Ticketmaster.com.
