WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Waco Surf will soon break ground on the Desperado, a residential community with 3D homes built around the park.
The team behind the surf resort announced the construction of a 450-acre residential community. They are taking applications and questions about homes in the community, with move-in dates slated for summer 2027.
“What we’re doing is we are really just extending the culture of Waco Surf into this luxury real estate community where you could actually live there full time. And this adult summer camp can be, like, your reality every single day for your kids and your grandkids,” said Hannah Kudla, director of Desperado.
