WACO, Texas (KWTX) Dismissal motions for the first Twin Peaks bikers were filed Thursday morning in the 19th District Court.

Judge Ralph Strother signed the first round of approvals around 8:30 a.m.

The dismissals can be viewed in the sidebar to the right of this page.

According to the dismissals, the reason given for each defendant reads "While probable cause for the Defendant's arrest and prosecution remains, based on continued investigation, the State is exercising its prosecutorial discretion in dismissing this matter in order to focus its efforts and resources on co-defendants with a higher level of culpability."

The defendants first dismissed on Thursday include Boyce Rockett, Narciso Luna, Jr.; Mario Gonzalez, Clifford Lee Pearce, Jorge Daniel Salinas, and Andrew Raymond Stroer.
