Divorce attorneys see the worst ways married people can treat each other, and a pair of them are sharing some of the insider knowledge they get on the job. Chris and Kate Simonds of Simonds Law Group in Arizona have been practicing family law for a decade and a half, giving them a lot of experience in the reasons couples end up splitting.
They share some of the secrets they’ve learned with their followers on TikTok, including a recent video where Kate reveals the three types of men she has learned are “least likely to cheat” based on her many years of working with clients. “If you’re in a relationship with one of these type of men, you’re safe,” she explains. She goes on to give a list of three professions who aren’t usually unfaithful.
- Number three - accountants. “I think you’re pretty safe with an accountant,” Kate says. “You should be good with no cheating with an accountant.”
- Number two - pharmacists. “No cheating and pharmacy,” the lawyer shares.
- And the number one profession of those least likely to have an affair? “Farmers,” Kate reveals. “If you are married to or in a relationship with a farmer, I predict no cheating will occur.”
In a follow-up video, the divorce attorney also shares the “traits most likely” to be found in someone who’s cheating.
- The first one is pretty obvious. Kate says it’s when “The person becomes secretive,” by hiding their phone and calendar.
- Second, if your spouse “drastically improves the way they look, their outlook on life, they’re getting in shape, and have a new routine, then you may want to be suspicious.”
- But she says the biggest red flag is “guilt transference.” Kate explains that’s when the spouse starts to accuse you about your behavior because they’re worried about their own and they act like you’re the problem.
