Talk about a quick turnaround. Friday, Luke Combs and Bailey Zimmerman put out their new collaboration, "Backup Plan." That was expected; what was not expected was the music video came out the same day...and it was filmed as the pair performed the song less than six days prior at Stagecoach!
In the video, Luke explains to the crowd how the collab came to be: "I was on tour in Australia in January, and...I got a text message from a number that I didn’t have saved in my phone," he began. "It was like an MP3 of a song…and then I realized as I listened to it who it was, and now we’re doing this song together, and this gentleman is going to come out on stage with me tonight. His name is Bailey Zimmerman." They then launched into the performance that was filmed for the video.
