A few years ago we had the battle of the chicken sandwiches. Now this summer we have the battle of chicken snack wraps. McDonald's phased out its snack wrap nine years ago, but rumors of its return have circulated for months after a new version was test marketed in a couple of cities last year. But before McDonald's could announce its official return, Popeye's beat them to the punch by dropping their line of snack wraps on Monday. Popeye's has four flavors – classic, honey mustard, spicy and blackened. McDonald's announced on Tuesday that their snack wrap would return on July 10th in two flavors – spicy and ranch.
You Can Now Order Pizzas For Delivery From Sam’s Club
If your favorite part of a Sam’s Club run is the pizza from their cafe, you’re going to love this. You can now enjoy it without even leaving home, as the warehouse chain is getting into the pizza delivery game. They now deliver pizzas from the majority of their clubs and will expand to serve them all by the end of this month. Customers can choose a 16-inch pie with pepperoni, cheese or four meat for $8.98, plus a delivery fee, which is $12, according to Supermarket News, with express delivery available for an additional $8. That’s pretty steep, but it’s free for Sam’s Club Plus members spending more than $50.
