Pat Green is one of the many personally affected by the Texas floods. He's turned that loss into something beneficial, however, as he's quickly put together a benefit concert ("Pat Green and Friends: Texas Flood Relief Livestream") to help ease the suffering of those devastated by the tragedy. And how was he able to organize this so quickly? The unique event will be performed in front of no one (at least, there won't be an audience on the premises). The performances will be livestreamed so that anyone anywhere can watch, and more importantly, donate. The performers list is impressive considering the speed with which the event was put together: Along with Green, Miranda Lambert, Jon Pardi, Dierks Bentley, Josh Abbott, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Eli Young Band, Corey Kent, Joe Nichols, Aaron Watson and Kaitlin Butts are set to take the stage. The event will begin this evening at 6:30PM CT.
All proceeds from "Pat Green and Friends: Texas Flood Relief Livestream" will be distributed to families impacted by the floods, via Kerr County Relief, TEXSAR and the Do It for Durrett Foundation via the Pat Green Foundation.
