You Can Actually Get Paid $2.5K To Watch Christmas Movies

Reviews.org is looking to hire a Chief Holiday Cheermeister to view 25 holiday movies in 25 days and along with that sweet job title, they’ll get $25-hundred for doing it.

Sound like your dream job? The requirements for candidates include:

  • Need to be over 18
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • And “love all things holiday related, like peppermint mochas, fully decorated homes, and cuddling on the couch under a snowflake blanket while watching a holiday movie.”

The gig focuses on holiday movies only, but you get to pick what you watch and their range for what counts is pretty broad - “Bridget Jones’s Diary” counts as a New Year’s movie, for example. And after you view the movies, all you have to do is fill out a survey on what you thought of the movie, with questions like, “Did it give you a warm, holiday cheer and that sense of nostalgia we all love during this time of year?” The lucky candidate will also get a year-long subscription to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Apple TV+ and Hallmark Movies Now.

Get all the details and apply by December 3rd at 5pm MT on theHo-Ho-Holiday Movie Dream Job site.
