If you find it hard to get a workout in, Teresa Moore will either be a source of inspiration or make you really mad. The 103-year-old California woman hits the gym three to four times a week, lifting weights, using the machines, and walking on the treadmill.
Her daughter says her mom, who lived all over the globe in her life, has an adventurous nature that leads her to the gym. As for Teresa, she has some advice for living a good life: “Try to be happy. Try to think of good things.”
