UPDATE:
Ariana Grande tweeted she's "broken" by the deadly blast outside her concert at Manchester Arena. She tweeted "from the bottom of my heart, I am so so sorry. I don't have words."
TMZ is also reporting that Grande had indefinitely suspended her world tour in the wake of the terrorist bombing.
Sources connected to Grande tell TMZ, she will not perform Thursday in London and has decided for now to put the entire European tour on hold. She was scheduled to perform in England, Belgium, Poland, Germany and Switzerland.
Police say at least 19 people were killed and over 50 others hurt in the explosion. Police are investigating it as a terrorist attack.
Citizens are using the hashtag #RoomForManchester to provide lodging and shelter for the victims.
