Ten Things Fantasy Players Learned From Week One In The NFL

The first week of the NFL season is history. While there’s no reason to freak out just yet, some fantasy football managers can’t help themselves and have immediately started roster juggling. Plenty can be learned about the season after just one week. Here are some observations from The Fantasy Footballers.

  • Tom Brady is eternal and defies time & conventional logic.
  • Dak Prescott is back and set up for an elite season.
  • The connection between Joe Burrow & Ja’Marr Chase looks like the real deal, and they’re going to be just fine.
  • Brandon Aiyuk’s cut playing time was due to injury and wasn’t some form of punishment or performance issue. Once he heals up, he should be good to go.
  • The Eagles could be an underrated commodity this season and should be scoring a lot of points.
  • The Falcons…not so much.
  • Fans in Denver are going to have to wait for the eventual breakout of Jerry Jeudy.
  • Tua Tagovailoa & Jaylen Waddle have a magical connection that’ll likely last throughout the year.
  • The tight ends could end up being the true stars of the Detroit Lions receiving game.
  • Matthew Stafford looks to be set to regain his place atop the high-scoring fantasy quarterbacks.

Of course, a couple key injuries can blow this whole thing up…but here’s how it’s looking right now. Good luck in Week Two!
