- WalletHub just came out with their list of the Best Places for Halloween.
- They looked at 100 of the largest U.S. cities on 22 key factors in areas of Trick-Or-Treater Friendliness, Halloween Fun and Halloween Weather.
- The site has once again named New York, New York as the Best Place for Halloween, with the Big Apple scoring a 67.34 out of 100.
- New York lands on top for Trick-or-Treater friendliness, third for Halloween fun, but sadly 88th for weather.

- As for the worst place for Halloween, that would be Memphis, Tennessee, which scores a 28.01, ranking second to last for Trick-Or-Treater friendliness.
